Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seeden at app.seeden.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Seeden is operated by Fomo Labs Sdn Bhd (Registration No: 1473275-P), a company registered in Malaysia. When we say "Seeden," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Fomo Labs Sdn Bhd.

"You" refers to the individual or organization accessing and using the service.

2. What Seeden Does

Seeden is a data intelligence platform for multi-outlet SME operators. You connect your business data sources — POS systems, accounting software, delivery platforms — and Seeden consolidates, analyzes, and provides AI-powered insights across all your outlets.

We support integrations with AutoCount, QuickBooks, GrabFood, FoodPanda, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and CSV uploads.

3. Your Account

To use Seeden, you need to create an account. You agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• • Keep your password secure and confidential
• • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Seeden.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✕ Use Seeden for any illegal purpose
• ✕ Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
• ✕ Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• ✕ Abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure
• ✕ Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
• ✕ Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Data

By using Seeden, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service. This includes:

• • Storing and displaying your data in your dashboard
• • Processing your data through our AI features to generate insights
• • Creating anonymized, aggregated statistics (that cannot identify you) for product improvement

7. Plans & Pricing

Free Tier

We offer a free plan with limited features (1 outlet, 30-day data history). The Free tier may change at any time — we'll give reasonable notice before removing or reducing features.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on a recurring monthly basis per outlet:

• • Pro — RM 59/outlet/month
• • Ultra — RM 99/outlet/month
• • Work — RM 149/outlet/month
• • Enterprise — custom pricing

Prices are subject to change. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase.

Trial Period

New accounts get a 21-day free trial of paid features. After the trial, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Founding 20

Our first 20 paying customers ("Founding 20") receive locked pricing for 24 months from the date of their first subscription. Price increases during this period will not apply to Founding 20 members.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment only. If you're not satisfied, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. Subsequent payments are non-refundable.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Seeden available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• • Planned maintenance (we'll try to notify you in advance)
• • Unplanned outages or technical issues
• • Third-party service disruptions

Seeden is provided on a "best effort" basis with no formal SLA guarantee.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• • Seeden is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated insights or data displayed on the platform

10. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the platform.

We may terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for a paid plan.

Upon termination:

• • Your data will be available for export for 90 days after termination
• • After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted
• • Any remaining balance on your subscription is non-refundable (except as noted in Section 7)

11. Intellectual Property

Seeden, including its code, design, branding, and content (excluding your data), is the intellectual property of Fomo Labs Sdn Bhd. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes:

• • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice via email before the changes take effect
• • Continued use of Seeden after the effective date means you accept the updated terms
• • If you don't agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Seeden will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
